LazyPlayer

Privacy.

Last updated September 2026. No tracking, no advertising, no cross-device viewing-history collection.

What is stored

A resettable random installation ID identifies each TV — never a MAC address. Playlist URLs are stored encrypted. Favorites, resume positions and watch history stay in the private service database so refreshes never erase them. Payments are processed by PayPal; we never see or store card numbers.

What is never collected

No analytics beacons, no ad identifiers, no sale of data. Diagnostics use opaque local IDs and timing/error fields — never raw playlist URLs, tokens or viewing history. AI features, if enabled later, never receive raw URLs, tokens or history by default.

Your control

Removing a playlist deletes its history with it. Forgetting the TV code in your account page clears it from that browser. To request deletion of server-side data, email support@lazyplayer.app with your TV code.
